The first step is often the hardest, and we understand that. A free consultation at our offices in Montreal or another nearby city will allow us to discuss your financial situation and help you gain clarity! We will then guide you towards the best solution, explaining the pros and cons of each possible option.

This may involve a consumer proposal, a request for an annulled proposal, a concordat proposal, or bankruptcy. We will move forward together, at your pace. This meeting is free, with no obligation, and completely confidential! Your employer and loved ones will never be contacted, as your situation is entirely private. Whatever solution you choose, we will guide you through the entire process!

At this stage, our job is to choose the administrator or trustee best suited for your file. The A.JB team has worked with the same trustees and administrators for nearly 25 years. The signing will take place via videoconference with them at our offices. We only recommend professionals who are competent, honest, and kind.
